What does your shop offer?
As leaders in the silicone craft supply market, we've put a lot of time into creating a website that helps our customers shop easily. When you are choosing so many craft supplies, it can be fun (and overwhelming)!
We offer our craft supplies and beads in a variety of ways so that our customers can shop in the way they prefer! We know everyone shops differently, and so we want to make sure you enjoy your experience choosing craft supplies!

We are a company located in Ontario, Canada. We ship all over the USA, Canada and internationally. As North America's original and largest silicone bead supply company, we take great pride in providing amazing, quality products and service to all of our customers around the world! What currencies can I shop in?
We are happy to provide customers with a multi-currency shopping experience on our website. Customers can easily shop and checkout in CAD or USD currency.
Because we are a Canadian company, US and international customers may receive a foreign transaction fee for their purchase, depending on their bank/payment provider's stipulations.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer discount codes?

Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes! Save up to 40% off retail through our volume discounts available on almost all of our products through our Cara & Co Plus Program!
The best part is that you can shop your smaller, individual crafting supplies with your larger, wholesale items in the same order and with an easy checkout experience!

How do I make a wholesale account?
Request to join our Cara & Co Plus Program here where you will gain access to all of our wholesale craft supplies and bulk pricing in one, easy spot! Once we've approved your request, you will be able to always access our incredible pricing up to 40% off retail!
Wholesale Tax Exemption Forms
If you are a US customer and qualify for sales tax exemption due to a Sales Tax Resale Exemption Certificate,you can submit your certificate here. After it has been processed and approved, your exemption will be applied to your account.
Can I resell your exclusive Cara & Co® Original designs?
We are so happy you love our uniquely, in-house designed Cara & Co® Original line of products!
If you are a supplier of silicone beads or craft supplies and are interested in re-selling our Originals in your shop, you can apply to become an Authorized Reseller of our Cara & Co® Originals.
As part of our way to respect the copyrighted artistry of our team, we want to ensure that there are no knock-offs or unsafe products in the market trying to duplicate our quality products. Our Authorized Reseller program helps protect you as a business so that your customers can be sure you have purchased the original designs and NOT knockoffs, helping you build even deeper trust and integrity into your brand!

Can I choose Local Pickup in the Plus Program?
If you are signed into the Plus program, there won't be an option at checkout for Local Pickup. However, please leave a note at checkout indicating that you'd like to pick your order up. We will then refund any shipping you paid and you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup!
Returns & Cancellations
Can I make a return?
We are unique because we offer returns unlike many other companies in our industry! Our return policy lasts for 10 days so you have time to receive and see your order. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. They must be unopened and in their original packaging. *Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items or orders.
All wood products, pacifiers and cording are excluded from being returned for sanitary reasons. Gift-cards are also non-refundable or returnable.

Can I cancel my order?
Because our team prides themselves on packaging your orders as efficiently as possible for you, any order cancellation requests must be made within one hour of purchase. In order to cover the costs incurred from cancelled orders, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to ALL cancelled orders.

Safety & Care
Are your products safe?
Safety is of utmost importance to us as a company so that you can craft with confidence! We stand out in the industry because of the above and beyond actions we take as a company to invest in quality assurance and CPSC approved lab testing of our food-grade silicone products and the DIY tutorials we create!
How do I care for my products?
It is important that our products are cared for appropriately and conscientiously. This will help protect them from damage or unsafe use.
Silicone is freezer and top-rack dishwasher safe. Wash with mild soap and warm water; lay flat to dry.
Wood is naturally organic and anti-bacterial. Treat with organic oil (i.e. coconut, olive, etc.) to help seal and preserve. Never soak in water or expose to extreme temperatures. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
Cords, clasps and pacifier clips are never intended to be chewed or sucked. Do not submerse or expose regular clips to moisture for extended periods. To wash, gently wipe with a damp cloth.

How do I redeem my Chew Coins?
Once you have accumulated a certain amount of chew coins, your account will prompt you via email to ask if you would like to redeem them. If you choose to redeem your coins, you will be given a coupon code that can be entered at checkout on your next purchase for your extra savings! Enjoy!
Do my Chew Coins expire?
No, your Chew Coins do not expire! Phew!
When you redeem them and receive a coupon code, that code also does not expire until it is used and applied to an order.
What currency is my Chew Coins coupon code in?
Because we are a Canadian company, coupon values are set in Canadian currency, but will convert to USD equivalent if you are shopping in USD.
